Controls
The Vitamix Professional 500 has 3 main controls: on the left, a pulse switch, in the center a variable speed dialwith 3 pre-programmed blend cycle settings and an start/stop switch on the right. The special difference of the Vitamix Professional 500 is the variable speed dial with the 3 program settings for smoothies, soups and frozen desserts.
